For today, while I am reading my news feed in facebook, I found this meaningful post on the news feed and I feel that it is quite true, The post is :一个苦者对禅师说：我放不下一些事，放不下一些人。
禅师说：没有什么东西是真正放不下的。
苦者说：可我就偏偏放不下。
禅师让他拿着一个茶杯，然后就往里面倒热水，一直倒到水溢出来。苦者被烫到马上松开了手。禅师说：其实，这个世界上没有什么事是放不下的，痛了，你自然就会放下。
This is really a very meaningful post.
For today, I am grateful that there is nothing happened and it make my day so peaceful and nice ^__^
